Class Format and Fees

The Refresher Course is a two weeknight course consisting of one classroom session and one pool session.

Diver Dan’s Refresher: Classroom and Pool Training Only

• $ 25.00 –  Store Registration Fee
• $ 100.00 – Instructor Fee
• FREE – Classroom Material (pdf)

PADI ReActivate: Classroom, Pool and PADI Re-Activate On-Line

• $ 25.00 – Store Registration Fee
• $100.00 – Instructor / Certification Fee
• $81.00 PADI Re-Activate eLearning Fee (see PADI eLearning link below)

Diver Dan’s Refresher or PADI ReActivate

1. Diver Dan’s Refresher
   • Students are provided the classroom study materials
   • This option appeals to those customers who wish a traditional classroom with minimal expense
   • Includes Confined Water / Pool Skills Review (This is the same for either option)

2. PADI ReActivate
   • Students receive a new PADI Card that says ReActivate
   • Appeals to those who wish Refresher training with formal documentation from PADI
   • Great option for those who have lost their certification card and wish a replacement
   • Great option for those who have certifications from another agency but wish to have a PADI card without a long training process
   • Requires additional purchase of PADI ReActivate (Additional PADI Fee = $75.00)
   • Includes Confined Water / Pool Skills Review (This is the same for either option)

Medical Concerns?

To obtain a medical release form and view some conditions that would require a doctors release, download the PADI Medical Release Form to review before coming to class.

If you are currently under the care of a medical doctor, or have a pre-existing medical condition that requires permission from a physician, you will need to have a signed medical release form from your doctor before you can participate in any in-water activities.

Diver Dan’s puts safety first.  If any customer, while enrolled in a class of Diver Dan’s , is observed to be under the influence of alcohol,  marijuana, or other drugs; he or she will be asked to leave the class immediately.  The customer will forfeit all fees paid.  There will be no refunds.
