We at Diver Dan’s look forward to helping you get trained in the PADI Wreck Diver Specialty. This course is designed to be an introduction to wreck diving and help develop the skills, knowledge and techniques necessary for wreck diving. In order to take the PADI Wreck Diver Specialty, you must first already be a PADI Advanced Diver (or equivalent), and you must be 15 years old. It is also HIGHLY recommended that you are certified as a PADI Deep Diver and as a PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Diver.
The total training fees are $275.00. The fees are broken down as follows:
$25.00 Registration Fee
$250.00 Instructor / Certification Fee
You can also register online by paying the $25.00 registration fee. Your instructor will collect the remaining fees in person.
No store fees will be refunded once class has begun. Classes are transferable for up to one year from original start date.
The PADI Wreck Diver Specialty is a two week program consisting of one classroom session, one pool session, One day of ocean diving (two dives) in Monterey, and two days (5 dives) diving wrecks in San Diego (See the exact schedule on the back).

Before the class begins you will need the PADI Wreck Diver Specialty Manual.
Before the class session you MUST have read the manual, and have completed the Knowledge Review (located in the back of the manual).
You may rent some of the SCUBA equipment from our rental department. This includes your wetsuit, hood, regulator with alternate, weight belt, BCD, and tanks.
If you are currently under the care of a medical doctor, or have a pre-existing medical condition that requires permission from a physician, you will need to have a signed medical release form from your doctor before you can participate in any in-water activities.
