Having trouble finding a Medical Doctor (MD) who is familiar with Scuba Diving and Dive Medicine?  We have a recommendation! 

Doctor Robert O. Cannon, MD, MPH is an Approved Diving Medical Examiner (certified by the Undersea & Hyperbaric Medical Society), which qualifies him to do evaluations of fitness to dive for commercial and public safety diving, in addition to evaluations of recreational divers. He is available to do diver medical evaluations at Diver Dan's by appointment.

Dr. Cannon is an active diver (with a passion for underwater macro photography), and enjoys training divers and teaching about dive related medical issues. He is a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, a Diver's Alert Network (DAN) Instructor, an Emergency First Response (EFR) Instructor who thoroughly understands dive physiology (the impact and changes in the body when diving) and the conditions that can be potential limitations to diving.

In addition to Dive Medicine, Dr. Cannon is trained and experienced in the practice of General Internal Medicine, and is a specialist in Infectious Diseases, and Public Health.

A complete history and physical evaluation to determine fitness to dive is only $100.
